MelissaK, I think you made excellent choices! Both of your selections are probably SBD friendly. Panera is a great place to eat, and I love that they cater to people who want to eat healthy.

I hear that about panera and might go next weekend [it's about a 20 minute trip]. I think the choices you made were good ones!

Hi, Melissa!

I visited a Panera at a rest stop in Ohio or Indiana when we went back to WI a month ago. I had the basic salad and added grilled chicken. I used their balsalmic vinagrette and also had the black bean soup and the sourdough roll. It was fantastic! I had a couple pamphlets from them and that helped guide my choice. Their website (which I visited when we got back) has more information and is very helpful. They have a couple salads and a couple of soups which appear SBD friendly. Hope that helps!

I can't go into the place. I know it's psychological, but it smells so good, like fresh baked bread that all I can think about are the warm bagels fresh from the oven with lots of full fat cream cheese and some butter.

Then I obsess for hours about how I really don't need it, I'm not really hungry and all that fat is not attractive on my hips.
