well, I've been wandering lately and I found this on another forum. I am in need of some serious accountability, and being that monthly goals haven't been working for a while now I thought I would try this. Feel free to jump in if this is something that you could use too!
So, today I will...
1. take a walk for at least 30 minutes
2. drink 64 oz of water
3. limit soda consumption

1. hit a bucket of golf balls
2. take another walk- at least 30 minutes
3. drink at least 64 oz of h20
4. avoid fast food
5. attempt a few loads of laundry- I too will have to go naked soon Jenne!

1. NOT feel guilty about eating some tortilla chips, chocolate, and strawberries last night and going over my caloric limit - it's just one day!
2. Go to the gym and/or play tennis
3. Eat on plan, with water to match

...not eat sweets (*Snickers*) or snack between meals
...take control of my portions
...use my new eliptical trainer to burn 300 calories and do my ab workout during the Everwood season finale.
Today I will...
1. Drink 64 oz of water
2. Take at least a one mile walk
3. Not drink any booze (Just the thought of another Corona after this weekend makes me woozy)

2. get 30 minutes if something aerobic in, it's raining like crazy!
3. get caught up on at least two assignments.
4. not eat any almond snickers bars- those things are sooo good and just call my name on days like this!
5. remember to take my antibotics tonight.

(2). Eat completely and totally OP.

(4). Try and plan ahead eating- and exercise-wise for my business trip this week.

2. watch sodium levels...tomorrow is my weigh in day

4. get to the gym for some quality eliptical time
5. not eat anymore than 1 of the sugar cookies we bought last night

and eat only what I planned to eat today
stretching/sit ups/push ups while watching tv.
