Default I have a quick question

Hi all-

I started yesterday. I got on the scale after doing my bathroom "duties" and weighed 209. I followed the plan to a tee yesterday -- and then some. I drank lots of water.

I got on this morning, despite myself and knowing I shouldn't have but I was 205.8!!!

This is my lowest yet. Is it even possible? Was it all water weight? Did anyone else experience this?

I am going to try not to weigh until Friday as I do not want to be disappointed.

Thanks.

Jenn

Hi Jenn! Welcome to the Beach.

Yes, it's possible. And yes, it's water weight. But that's okay! It's valid! Sounds as though you're going to have a successful first week... keep it up!

Thanks Ellis. I can't believe I've lost 4 lbs in two days!!! And truthfully, this isn't even hard. I like everything I am eating. A friend who's lost 30 in 2 months [but he's a boy] gave me a tip -- to read through the recipes first and pick out what I like. I don't have to go day by day exactly--I can pick a snack from day 1 and lunch from day 2 and dinner from day 3 to make a meal.

This way, I am not eating things I don't like [like radishes] which makes a "diet" horrible.

I had salmon on day 1, tuna steak on day 2 and tonight, steak! I didn't even know I liked asparagus until Day 1. LOVE IT!!!

I know I shouldn't be too excited because I am bound to come across something I find hard, but so far, nothing - ok, perhaps drinking plain water is hard! But throw me some flavored sparkling water and I'm golden!
