Soo....inquiring Phase 1 minds want to know! What was the first carb you added to your Phase 2 diet? Was it a good thing to add? How soon did you add the second carb? I know each person is different, but I would love to hear stories!
The first thing I added was fruit. How I missed that those first two weeks. I added an apple first. Now when I am actually being faithful I eat lots of fruits and veggies along with my protiens and I try to stay away from the potatoes, rice, pasta etc. It works when I am doing it.
Hmm. Oatmeal or fiber cereal or strawberries. Terrible that I can't recall exactly. Have had whole wheat pasta, blackberries, sweet potato, apple, wheat bread and raspberries since.
