Default those of you who use fitday.com...

i just signed up and entered my food for today. but it says i only ate 1110 calories, is this too little? i keep feeling like i forgot something but i can't believe its so low. is this about right for SBD? what should i be aiming for?

I aim for 1000 to 1500 per day but rarely go over 1200. If you go below 1000 your weight loss may stall due to too few calories. Be aware that some processed foods are not accurate but you can customise those foods by reading labels.

I use fitday. I eat between 1400 and 1700 a day, but I have begun to add back more fats aka Atkins style and that may account for my higher calorie intake.
