I'm looking for anyone who can recommend a diet and exercise plan. I am living overseas so I need a plan which revolves around cooking natural foods as I cannot buy special lowfat/ diet products here.
Can anyone recommend a plan that uses mainly fresh fruits/ veg/ chicken/ rice/ pasta etc?
If it is available as an ebook/ has a website that would be great!
My recommendation would be "Body for Life" Bill Philips and his other book "Eating for Life" has recipes... BFL highly recommends eating foods in it's natural state and as UNprocessed as possible...

of it. skip the junk food (chips peanuts) as snacks. drinks lots of water. go
