alright so im a night owl, going to bed at the earliest by 2:30am.....and i know eating at night is BAD....but i get sooooo hungry. I tried to drink water....that didnt work....i was in the bathroom alllllllll morning peeing every 5 minutes and that got annoying REAL QUICK (sorry for the graphics ) but i have a bladder the size of a pea so this drinking water thing to fill you up...doesnt work for me.
(anyone else have this problem?) so anyway to satisfy my hunger at night...what to do....ignoring it is next to impossible...theres nothing like going to bed hungry. I tried chewing gum...which didnt work so well...im so frustrated!
