Default Food and fatigue

Anyone notice any particular foods that make them feel tired? I've been feeling a bit more tired lately. I've drastically cut back on rice and bread (weight loss stalled breifly) and ever since I actually feel more tired. Could it be from that?

Well, you don't have much left to lose. Are you eating ENOUGH? Cutting way back can put your body into starvation mode.

Post your foods or run them through www.fitday.com to be sure you are getting enough calories and nutrients.

I eat ALL the time, hahaha. more than I ever did when I ate lousy. Eating healthy seems to make me hungry more. I think I'm not eating at regualr intervals. When I get busy at work or with school stuff, I tend to ingnore the hunger pangs for a bit so I can finish what I'm doing. Perhaps the drop in blood sugar levels is doing it?
