Easter Sunday and boy did I go off my diet. I'm in a sugar haze and even my pj's feel tight.

Tomorrow it is phase one and exercise all the way, baby. Onward, beachies. I had to do it and I did it, and there really aren't anymore major sugar holidays coming up, are there? I hope not...

Sorry if I've offended your beach sensibilities with all this tripping over my wagon and such (I didn't just fall off, I tripped over it and did a header) but I'm climbing back into it by morning and I'M STILL ON THE BEACH!!

I fell too. I bought a stupid cake and slowly ate the whole thing. Thank goodness DH helped me... I am about to put in the exercise video - I hadn't done it yet.

I had one small peice of chocolate...a Dove egg.....delicious. So I skipped a snack and dessert and I feel OK about it.

I'm so glad it is Monday!!

DH, siblings, and even my favorite sister in law are all headed to a baseball game today...I was upset that I couldn't go (no babysitting) but this morning I can't tell you how glad I am to NOT be going!! I don't need or want to be surrounded by Giants hot dogs, garlic fries and sixteen ounce beers. Not today!!!

You're right, the sand IS smoother over here. Whew.

If you tripped and hit hard, I took a nose dive off the deep end and never returned. I am back on Day 1 of Phase 1 and this warm weather we had really makes me want to do this. Of course I am craving an Iced Mocha right now. The nf milk and coffe are o.k., but that darn chocolate syrup is evil!!

I did not have any Easter candy, but I took Communion twice yesterday at church (I'm in the choir and we sang for Communion for both services). That grape juice and little wafers must have caused my blood sugar to spike cause I got really dizzy both times - LOL!

I made sure everything else for the day was Phase 1 just in case the juice wanted to start any cravings!
