Good morning Dale!
I am glad that I can keep up with somebody who weighs about the same as me...
I don't have a special diet..I just count calories..about 1100 or 1200 a day...
I try to cut down on carbs and also walk sometimes about a mile..not more..I'm just not used to it..
To be exact when I talk about walking I mean air-walking on my air-walker
I hope the weather becomes warm soon ..then I'll start going to the sea to swim...
I also drink a lot of water!
I weighed-in today
! So I want to share with you my little success! I've lost 2 pounds! So my current weight is 158,4lbs.
That's good for a start...
