I'll get the W/I thread started. I am down 2.2 this week! for a total of 9.0 in 2 weeks!

No weight loss for last week but no gain either which is good because Saturday I ate pineapple cake with coconut icing. Thought I'd be up some.
Still at 14 pounds and holding.

I am ashamed to confess that I am back up to 202.5! Something is screwy!
The Girls are joining us on Low Carb eating.
Hershey weighs 59 pounds and needs to lose 10.
Lucy weighs 39 pounds and needs to gain 5.

I am down a lb finally. I am bad about skipping breakfast but have promised myself I am goin to eat it every morning this week.should not be to hard the kids are home on spring break. 2 weeks!

I gained 2 lbs. after cheating all weekend! I should have expected this, but what a shock! Anyway, I started back to Phase I this morning, and plan to be extra good. Does anyone know if Marie's salad dressings are OK? Many of them are less than 3 grams of sugar, which I know we should look for, but it tastes too decadent to be allowable!

First time post for me, I lost 6 pounds in my first week!!!!! I am down to 169 pounds. I broke down and bought a scale, at first I didn't want that evil thing in my house but I went out at lunch and bought it (was tired of going to Walmart every day to weigh myself, the saleslady was looking at me kind of funny) I took it home and my husband stepped on it and told me it was broken because he couldn't possibly weight that much (guess who may be on the diet with me next week).
