I feel good!
Someone mentioned this thread the other week so I have started it up again.
A thread that helps us feel good and empowered!
Feel free to post about things you like about yourself, something good that happened to you this week, something nice you did for your self, something you did that made you feel empowered or that motivated you in your weight loss journey or in your life in general, something you feel thankful for or a good samaritan moment where you helped someone else - good Karma!

I feel good cause i finally made it back here, haven't snooped around to see whats up but, fellow, or sister i should say, lesbian, socal..invited me back in and i finally came to see y'all. i missed you. life has been hectic, still down weight wise but did gain back five pounds in the past few weeks, was depressed, stressed, eating and not exercising, but today, i have a date with my DP at 2pm to snuggle until the kid gets home from school...ahhhh...bliss....and i'm going to go back to the gym today for the first time in WEEKS!! i had even stopped doing my yoga but, i'm determined to get back into that routine as well, so tell me girls, where do we just chat? or are we just all over the place with theme threads these days?
let me know and HI LOVIES!!! I MISSED YOU!!

I love threads like this!! Keeps me focused on the positive things in life instead of the negative...
I feel good cause...I am de-cluttering some of my living room junk!! And cause I reached my mini goal!! I think I broke the scale hopping on and off of it 10 times or so to make sure it wasn't LYING to me.
WELCOME BACK SOOZIE!!

I feel good that I am on Day 5 of the rigid first two weeks of South Beach and that I have not cheated despite a very stressful week. I feel good that I had two challenging restaurant experiences and stayed on the plan both times.
And, I feel good that Soozie is back. As a newcomer (just this week) I read a lot of her old posts and hoped that she was still at least checking in once in a while.
The more time I spend here, the more I think this website and these message boards are phenomenal. Hope the original 3FCs see this great big THANK YOU.

I feel REALLY good for no particular reason at all. That's the best kind of feel good to have.

I feel good because I spent the whole day with my best girlfriend doing girly stuff: we shopped, had our makeup done, and at had a tarot card reading - we had so much fun together!

I feel good because I can finally button my leather suit style jacket and I can almost buton my sexy jean jacket. I also feel good because I made entirely home-made pizza for the first time last night and it was excellent! It had a whole-wheat crust and it was a vegetarian barbecue pizza. I'm not sure I'll ever order out again.

I feel good because since last Thursday morning I have been sticking 100% to a very strict diet and the weight is coming off!
I also feel good because it is ST PAT'S WEEK !! I think I just gave away my nationality!

I feel good because I went out to a concert tonight, and had a blast. It was a local band that plays celtic style rock. And I danced on stage without feeling *too* self-conscious.

Are you drunk, because I've never seen so many spelling/grammatical errors in one post.
