Default Can anyone see a problem with this if I just can't stomache another egg for breakie

Some days I take a tablespoon of cream cheese a scoop of my chocolate banana whey with 1.8 carbs and a bit of vannilla oscars to thin and mix it up and have for breakie. It holds me till almost lunch and I had lost 2 lbs (untill last nights dinner at the keg LOL) while eating this a couple days a week.
This mrning no cream cheese left so actually did the same with a tbls of natural pb with 2 carbs /tbsp but nto sure of the fiber in it.
I feel full right now but if it isn't good I guess I shouldn't do it.

I'm wondering if everyones body isn't different and reacts different to things like that. I'd say if you're not on induction and you're losing weight then go for it. As long as it's not creating other carb cravings anyway. But I'm known to be wrong.

Try this for breakfast...

1/4 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
1 scoop of chocolate low carb powder
8 ice cubes
1 cup of water or 1 carb soy milk

if you need fiber add a serving of psyllium or something like it

Mix in blender for a great breakfast smoothie. I do this all the time on induction and it hasnt caused me any trouble at all!

You may also want to try this for breakfast:
One ounce of cream cheese with lox wrapped around the cheese. It is really good, that is if you like the idea of salmon for breakfast. You may also want to try to eat any left over meat you had the night before for breakfast.

I think that is fine to eat for breakie, but remember to keep up that metobolism you should have a snack between breakie and lunch and lunch and dinner....
