Default coffeemate question

Hi all -
i like to use Coffeemate lite (original flavor) in my coffee. It seems ok to use but I wanted to check. In one teaspoon, it has 10 calories, no sugar or fat and 2 grams of carbs. I'll admit I definately use more than one teaspoon. Can anyone confirm that this is ok?

It's OK according to the Good Fat, Good Carb Guide.

International Foods now offers French Vanilla low carb liquid creamer! It has 3 carbs for 2 Tablespoons. (I think the regular version has 7). It's sweetened with Splenda!

That was about the only "cheat" I had!

oooohh! excellent! I'll have to get some....just add a dash to my coffee. I really cant stand fat free milk or just powdered creamer. there are definately worse cheats than this!
thanks for the little tip!

Where do you get the Good Fat/Good Carb guide? I clicked on the link to purchase it but it says it hasn't been released yet? Am I missing something? Thanks!

I have one and it's a small little book called "The South Beach Diet Good Fats Good Carbs Guide."
I got mine at T.J.Maxx of all places but I'm pretty sure Amazon sells it too.

It definitely HAS been released! We can even get it way up here in Canada! The recipe book has not yet been released - April 13th, I think.
