re fast -- I KNOW !!! Crazy. I started trying to lose the beginning of March and hardly moved the scale. weeks and weeks....not much movement despite calorie watching and exercise . But, these last 2 weeks BOOM. Overall, I have lost about a pound a week and I guess my body has just been hanging on to water to play with my mind. I think my body was just mad the last 12 month party was over. Or in shock maybe? Anyway, the fast drop has to end. I do feel great though.
I can't figure out what I am doing wrong when I try to upload a screen shot of a graph to illustrate the crazy up and down ride. I was able to put in in an album. I am not sure how that works for others to see though.

Just before the precipitous drop of the last 2 weeks, I went on an epic (for me) 224 mile gravel trail bike ride solo. I think the drop is related to that. I am guessing my body stored water due to the stress and is finally letting it go. I do continue a 1200 cal diet (approx) and 10-15 miles a day on the road bike, so there is that as well. Whatever - I'll take it! Back in last summer's shorts !! whoo hoo
