May Exercise Challenge
The merry month of May is a great time to exercise!
State your exercise goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. We'll compile our workout goals into a list. As each goal is met during the month, it gets turned RED in celebration.
This thread is for fitness and exercise goals. For other weight loss goals, be sure to see our sister thread: May Weight Loss Challenge

Since I met last month's goal I'm going to increase my May goal by 100 minutes.
My goal for May - 1100 minutes of intentional exercise plus the bike 4x.

I have two goals this month:
(1) 13 DVD workouts.
(2) At least 6,000 steps on workdays. (I use my phone to track, so that total doesn't include the steps I take at home before and after work. For the past month, I've been making an effort to walk more while at work. Even with that effort, the highest I've had has been 4,700 steps. So I really want to bump that up!) ETA: I'm changing this to an average of at least 6,000 steps for each workweek.

Huge congrats to those who surpassed their impressive goals last month! Big, BIG thanks to gardenerjoy for leading us and also thanks to those who participate!
I am keeping it modest, my goal is 700 minutes of intentional exercise, and I will add gardening minutes at a half rate.
May 01 - 48 min. weighted cardio and abs; 3 hours raking and gardening=90 min; 128/700
