Default May 2018--Same old

Hi there,

I think it is still dark outside.

Thanks for your response Emily. I did not know if you have info about labs that is not on line.

DIET: Diet was okay yesterday, except for some sorbet, jelly candy and some jelly toast. I am using up some Indian food that is a little salty. I love buying it, but it probably is not good for weight loss. I have been eating it in smaller than serving sizes.
EXERCISE: I did the usual house exercises and walked 30 minutes. I also did a little gardening.

I am sleepy. I think I will turn out the lights and crawl under the covers. Have a good day.

Good morning all!
144.6 this morning (we'll see tomorrow if that's for real)

I'm back from a beautiful weekend of music and mostly sunshine (actually a little too much Saturday but I'm recovering). It was a success, we hotel camped this year, the weather was great, food was great, didn't over indulge but ate everything I wanted to, DH and I shared a couple Things that we would have each had our own in the past. Willie did great at the boarding kennel and is happily sleeping with DH in my spot on the bed as we speak.

Hope everyone has a great month, happy May

Good Morning, Everyone!

Kelijpa Great job at the music festival! How are things going with the hormones? (That sounds awful asking that ) My last TTOM was in September.

Last night: Full Body Stretch (standing)
This Morning: Oxycise

Calories for yesterday: 1535 +
Weigh In: 188
Down: .2 <--I've got a lot of .2's going on.

Have a Blessed day and a great start to your month!

May 1

Mark 9:23
Jesus said unto him, 'If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.'

All my friends said they didn't think I could do it. They had watched me stuff myself so many times; they didn't think I had any self-control at all. I showed them. I knew in my heart I could make it. Sure, it was tough, but I'm no quitter. When the going got the toughest, it just made me more determined to lose the weight. The key is to believe in yourself. God believes in us, even though we don't always deserve His trust. If God can believe in us, then who are we to do otherwise? Pray for God's assurance, and you will find more than enough faith to make it through.

Today's thought: God believes in me!

So starting May at the same weight like yesrerday 191. I basically stayed on plan yesterday, did eat 5 jelly bellys but still met my calorie goals.

Kelipa-Awesome job with managing to enjoy yourself and stay on track at the music festival.

Diane-.2 losses add up so congratulations

Zmaus, as long as your trend is down.

Diana, I wanted to punish myself for the caving on that burger with the scale. No dice it was also down from 196.4 to 196.2. A LOSS IS A LOSS 5x .2=1. So 5 days of .2 lb down= 1 lb down!!!

Honestly, I USED to buy the meal, bUT this time asked for the sandwich and got an order of fries to s h are with the boys.

Keli, that sounds so nice! Sharing meals has helped me alot..

Well, I REALLY wish I could find my BEFORE pics...because I took some before pics today and I still look very fat...I just hate to think how fat I looked at 200+, but oh well, the goal is to trim down...

I had 15,345 steps yesterday which is the equivalent of 5 miles...

My 6 year old has a dental app again today...

Stlr, glad u r back..noticed on the last thread...don't worry you will be back on track

Emily, so glad the junk food temptations are gone.

Diana, lol...I SHOULD SAY SO...you got the RIGHT people. Great job! You BROKE THROUGH that situation. You are a warrior!

Hi Everyone

I am having the stomach pain from the angioedema. I took the meds for it, but it has made me more loopy than help with the pain. I was able to do my workout, but I kept it very low impact and no jumping, etc.

Oh no Diana, I pray the stomach pain and AE stop in Jesus name. Yay for the workout.

Nov, good to see u again!

Afm, 1567 so far today, my choices haven't been the greatest. Carrying a sleeper couch down two small flights of stairs and helping loading it on a rack made me a little hungry. I'm finishing up the day with some smooth move tea because, my system is still sluggish. I really thought the 4 day break from solids would help a lot more...not the case.

I need to throw in a workout. At least complete my last stats.

Good afternoon
I am late to the party this month, I have just had so much going on these paste few days..crazy town. I have not worked out since last Thursday but I am getting steps in. But the weight is up still at 169.4 grr.

Eating wise I am doing fine not overdoing any one food group and watching portions. I am a bit disappointed in myself for not completing the 4 week strength training on schedule but I will try again. I am still battling deep muscular pain in my glutes so takikng these days off may be good for it.

I have a few evening appointments over the next few weeks and that really messes me up with workouts. (please I am not a morning exercise person I did that for 6 months at getting up at 5am- my body is just to stiff to jump into anything heavy)

Diana
feel better soon!

jendie
t...you go girl with the steps! and interesting about the still sluggish system, I thought the same thing as you.

novangel

Default Hello!

Hi everyone!

My name is Siobhan, I’m 22 and from Brisbane Australia. I’m studying at university and working full time - and naturally I have discovered 15kgs later - I am a stress eater lol.

I’m wanting to lose 15kgs and get back to where I know I look and more importantly feel good.

Weigh in today: 90.3kgs
Goal weight: 75kgs

Love the idea of a daily accountability thread, Im hoping it will keep me on track also please let me know if you’d like me to convert everything to pounds etc

Thanks, jendiet (from yesterday).

I promised myself when the calendar turned to May, that I would have a new and brighter attitude. I don’t, but that is my aim. So, I need to try harder!
