Thanks for starting this thread. Today I am starting over again. Walked 10 minutes at my lunch break. It made my right hip and left knee hurt but still did it. Need to rearrange my morning routine so I can get a 10 minute walk in each morning. Would love suggestions for activities to help me. I am over 60 and about 50 lbs overweight and suffer with arthritis in my back, knees and hips. Also have myofascial pain syndrome in my upper back. Been gaining back weight for a couple of months and need to get my food and exercise on track.
good evening! 2 miles leslie sansone this morning before I left to see dad. power walked to and home from my meeting tonight. my fitness goals for today have been attained.
good evening! just got back from power walking and running errands in a nearby community. will go for another power walk and run more errands in a few minutes.
