Last month, I lowered my usual goal of 10 lbs to 8 lbs, and I ended up only losing 3 lbs for the whole month. While I am tempted to drop my goal even further to 5-6 lbs for the month, I really want to try to hit the 175lb range, so I'm going to stick with last month's goal of 8 lbs to see if I can manage to do it this time around. Fingers crossed! I have a trip back home coming up in July, and I'd like to see if I can pick my momentum back up before heading home to see people I haven't seen in almost 6 years...not to mention that I will likely gain a little weight while I'm there with all the delicious food available, so I need to lose what I can before I go!

Ok, this month I should get to the target I set for Maintenance which was middle of normal BMI for me.
At this point i'm not completely sure what I want to do: it's all been pretty easy, so do I want to lose another couple of kg whilst i'm in the zone? I think I do, but shall I do it following the same rules as I have been? Or shall I do it by easing off a bit so that the loss is slower and helps me transition to Maintenance (I don't really know what maintenance looks like anyway, so some work needed there). Hmmm. I think i'll go:
I've been at this weight for a few days ever since I got back from my camping trip last Thursday, so think i'm still adjusting to the dehydration back then, and it's hopefully a 'proper' weight by now that I can move on from...!

I ended up having a horrible 3 day stretch and gained 8 lbs. when it was over. I am not sure how I want to list my goal because I know at least 5 lbs. is water weight and will be gone soon...
I think I will start out with this format and then when I get back to 161.8 I will track the other way. My goal this month will be 4 lbs (ending at 158.4)
