-weighted “T”, 30 seconds
-weighted biceps curls
- weighted triceps extensions
-weighted shoulder shrugs
-50 squatted twists
-25 squatted cross punches
-50 pelvic raises
-50 single hip raises, each
-30 second Superman
-30 second butterfly flutters
-yoga sequence cool down
