I will usually post my "updates" on Saturday (which is the day I do step-on-the-scale) or Sundays (which is the day I try to take shoulder/natural waist/hip measurements).

Hi, I am new to the forum and I am thinking this may be as good a place to start as any. I haven't stepped on the scale in over a year. Last year I lost 40 pounds on KETO Diet but stopped then in April and it's been up, up, up ever since. Now I am back to joints hurting, being out of breath, and feeling like crap all over, especially about myself. Step one will be to be to step on the scale and then I will take it from there. I know I can't do total lifestyle changes so I will be shooting for a conservative number. Thanks for letting me join in. I look forward to offering support and accountability.

Ok, 21st June in theory is about when I hit my target, so i'll aim for a double whammy Spring-Summer Challenge Target and End-of-Diet Target of 123lb.
Sounds quite moderate when I write it down next to my CW, but mentally it seems for ever away!!

Forgot to post in this thread yesterday, so making sure to join in today!

I fell a little short of my 25 lb goal last challenge, so I'm going to pare it back to 20 lbs this time and see if I can make that work this time. Well, actually, it will have to be 20.8 lbs, because that will - for one - put me at a whole number, and - more importantly - that will put me back at the lowest post-pubescent weight that I have ever been! My lowest adult weight before coming back this time was 219, but I had gotten down to 167 when I was about 16 years old after losing a bit of weight, then getting really sick over the summer and dropping 15 lbs in a little over a week. It was crazy and only due to an illness, so it didn't last very long. But, I always wanted to get back to that number and then below it in a healthy way, so - needless to say - I'm super excited for this particular challenge!

CW: 187.8
GW: 167.0

sea That is so exciting that meeting this goal will put you in the normal range!!! You have come a long ways already, great job! I am excited to get into the 150's!

momtopands I'm excited to watch your progress, you did amazing last challenge!!

stlrsgrl You are doing really well so far, will be fun to watch you hit onederland!

kay I really like your goals!! You are so close to onederland, it will feel amazing crossing over and staying under that mark! I really like your minimum of 10k steps per day. I struggle very hard to hit that. On days that I exercise I can come close, but run out of energy and then just crash. What do you do for strength training?

beeps Our goal weights are very similar!! How exciting that your GW would put you 1 lb. away from your ultimate goal!

windsister Welcome to the forum! I also am from MN! Your plan sounds great and you have lost before so you know you can do it again. I hope that you see some progress with the way your body is feeling. You've got this!

ange You have been doing so well and are so close, that must feel unreal!! I am so excited to be where you are! I hope you are enjoying your fun weekend!

boop 150 is an awesome milestone!! I know its conservative for you but I wouldn't be surprised if you have to modify that when you hit goal early! I chose 11 lbs. which is conservative as well but seems way more realistic for me since I tend to take a decent amount of days off.

ophelia I also like whole numbers I am really excited for you to hit 167!! Isn't it crazy how different this summer is going to be for us compared to last?! I am *hoping* that with a focus on fitness I can see my knee caps so shorts look good on me this summer!!

amandie welcome back!! Your GW will put you so close to your final GW!!!
