kay I really like your goals!! You are so close to onederland, it will feel amazing crossing over and staying under that mark! I really like your minimum of 10k steps per day. I struggle very hard to hit that. On days that I exercise I can come close, but run out of energy and then just crash. What do you do for strength training?

boop 150 is an awesome milestone!! I know its conservative for you but I wouldn't be surprised if you have to modify that when you hit goal early! I chose 11 lbs. which is conservative as well but seems way more realistic for me since I tend to take a decent amount of days off.

I am really excited for you to hit 167!! Isn't it crazy how different this summer is going to be for us compared to last?! I am *hoping* that with a focus on fitness I can see my knee caps so shorts look good on me this summer!!
