Question Anyone Still Here?

The Weight Watchers board is quiet around here

Anyone around?

Starting back up (again) WW at home in the New Year and looking for WW buddies

I've done WW before and have been successful with the program.

Ready for 2018 and ready to take the rest of this weight off

Yes, restarted WW again myself this year..I used the original Points plan to get to Lifetime and then several years ago, got hospitalized and packed on the lbs. Now I hope to lose enough to get back down close to my goal weight before going back to the meetings. I'm more of a pen and paper gal vs. E tools, so not sure how I'll manage that going forward...

I restarted WW a few weeks ago. Starting right before the holidays was a bad decision lol...I didn't stick to the program much and haven't seen much weight loss yet as a result. But now that the holidays are over I'm back in it full swing! Excited to see progress in the new year.

I am really liking Freestyle so far. I have lost 6 lbs in about two weeks (most of it water weight I'm sure, but still nice to see!). It's really pushing me to eat more vegetables and lean sources of protein, so I feel full. I did have a day where I was a little hungry, so I just used some allotted weekly points.

Hi! I am actually thinking of joining WW this week. I really need something that is sustainable. I have been on a few low carb diets and lost 20 lbs each time, but gained it all back eventually. I hope this time I lose the weight and keep it off.

Back again. I swear I am going to get it! I keep gaining and losing the same stupid 10 lbs. I have a lot to lose, and it it really discouraging. Joined Weight Watchers with a 6 month commitment.

Thank you. So far so good. Trying really hard to track. I hate having to be "responsible" for my eating. Hence why I am back! LOL

One thing that helps me is to think of tracking as data. It helps me to make decisions. I haven't missed a day of tracking in over 5 years. Even the day I ate over 3000 calories (and more than a week's worth of weekly points). But, I've learned a lot from tracking.

This comment has kept me tracking no matter what this week. Thank-you!
