For me.. not saying anyone should do the same lost 60lbs so far just hit month 5.
Rarely any junk. No rice.no noodles. Lots of protein and veggies. Rarely potatoes .. little food. I didn't track often but just every now And again. I ate egg whites for breakfast with spinnach and cheese. I ate lean meats n fish etc so the fat from the cheese was fine.plenty of water.
The general tip is what ever diet you do commit to it. Don't chop and change when it doesn't work miracles give it time.
Stay hydrated. The body tends to confuse hunger and thirst, so making sure you're getting enough fluids can help a lot. It's also healthy for you in general.
