Almost time for the holidays!
Goal- I'm not sure. I was 118 lbs, then started lifting heavy, same diet, gained. I plan on increasing my cardio and lowering carbs and seeing what happens (I normally stay under 100 net). I don't want to be 130 lbs again, so this 125 lbs + nonsense is getting to me
Dec 1: 127.0 lbs
Dec 2: 126.8 lbs (LS)
Dec 3: 126.2 lbs (LS)
Dec 4: 127.3 lbs
Dec 5: 127.6 lbs- 1300 cal, 50 carbs, 13k steps
Dec 6: 127.0 lbs
Matinee: our goals are pretty much identical although I'm at a slightly higher SW.
I have no problem getting my exercising in but the eating is hard (especially when I have too much time on my hand, as is the case with winter break). But I'm really hoping to get to 127 by the end of this year!

12/11:129.2 (I ate about 20 cookies this weekend so it could've been worse, but I still worked out and kept my water intake up. Im just glad to start a week off in the 120's. its been a while a down 3.2 lbs from last week!)
