Hello everyone!

Welcome to our new 2% weight loss challenge! Post your weight at the start of the challenge or on joining the thread and your 2% goal. To find 2% of your weight multiply your weight by 0.02. Round up to whatever units your scale measures ie 0.2, 0.5 or 1.

First one to lose 2% is the winner and starts the new thread.

flower we are the same height so I am curious... did you see a pretty big difference going from 166 to 135?

flower Do you have any specifics on the differences? I am the most curious about knees, and elbows lol. Mine are not defined at all and I hate it!! I have a ton of cellulite, but I actually think that the appearance is fading. I still am 10 lbs. higher than your highest though.

my coach has requested I throw my scales out for the rest of the month and only weigh in monthly on the first... so, for now, I guess I will comply, ill be back if that does not work :-)
