It looks like I'll make my goal of 1200 minutes for October. I'll set that again for November. I want a little more variety, so I'm also going to set a goal of completing 15 DVD workouts. I'll count yoga for that, but I really want to get in some of my more energetic and strength-training workouts.
I want to exercise at least 5 times a week totalling 1000 minutes of exercise by the end of the month. I feel tempted to shoot for less than this but my new mantra is not to settle and to try to be my best self, so I'm going for it!

My goal will be to do some sort of workout, either cardio, strength, flexibility, at least 30 minutes a session, for a total of 600 minutes this month. That way, if I have to skip a couple days, I won't feel like I slacked too badly.
