Hello from Idaho!
I struggle so bad with my self hate. I want and need some support, so where to go when there is none of that in your life? Online!! I'm so glad I found this forum! I registered yesterday and have already read so much. A little info, I'm married 25 yrs 2 daughters, 1 granddaughter. I have yo- yo dieted most of my adult life, I was a chubby well fed kid! I blame everything else for my weight, but deep down I know its my own fault. I have terrible self hate, if my husband or kids ever heard what was inside my head, they would probably just die! I'm great on the outside, but isn't that what life is all about? What you look and act like on the outside? Im looking forward to the connections to others that struggle.
