Well I thought I posted this am but guess I forgot to hit send.
WI down .6 165.2 Still up from last week but I am hopeful.
WO tonight will be 46 min cardio with some strength training.
Now for the new gadget....So far I am liking it. Last night I cooked fresh shrimp in a bag with lemon, oil, garlic and bay leaf. Came out great. Then I made 6 Starbucks egg bites and had one this am. I did not have cottage cheese so I used heavy cream, taste and texture was good. this morning I made an 'ice bath' and place our steaks in freezer bags with herbs, removed the air and connected to the sous vide with my phone. So I watch the temp all morning while at work then I programmed it to cook for 2.5 hours at 130 degrees. Will let you know tonight when I get home and sear them how they taste.
