Granny: My cat is 14 but it's not thyroid or diabetes, we did full blood panel. He has pancreas inflammation so food wasn't getting converted to fuel properly.

Went to the GYN today and now have to go back in Thursday for an ultrasound because he thinks I have a fibroid tumor. I'm also still waiting on echocardiogram results. Glad I have good insurance. Don't get old. This is getting annoying.

It's PMS time so I'm very fatigued but I have to get back to exercise, we leave in 17 days.

Good Morning, Everyone!

Welcome back!

novangel Praying for good results with your health, all the way around.

Nothing for last night or this morning. Got back from the fair late last night and then DH has a Dr's apt. this morning, so I have to get to the shop early.

No weigh in until the weekend or Monday.

Have a great day!

Copied from Crosswalk Devotions for Dieters

November 1

Hebrews 6:10
For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.

What a great reward! Robin had never looked so good. All her months of dieting paid off royally. It was beautiful to see the expressions on people's faces when they saw her. She couldn't wait to go out to show herself off. God had certainly blessed her through the rough time of dieting. There were days when she decided it just wasn't worth it. Now, she could hardly believe she ever had doubts. Looking in the mirror, she even surprised herself. She never thought she'd look this good. When we dedicate ourselves to doing things that are right and good to do, God is sure to bless us and reward us for our labors.

Today's thought: Improvement comes with practice. I can even get good at dieting!

Good morning 226.0. This week is slower but last week was so much change. Keeping on track. Today is yoga day.

Novangel - sorry to hear it was not something simple with your cat Hope you can figure it out. Hope things work out well with your ultrasound. Yes, getting older sucks. I had issues related to endometriosis that resulted in complete hysterectomy at age 42. Hope your issues are easier.

WO none--this could be part of it

novangel, I hope your ultrasound brings good news.
granny, slow and steady wins your race
ciecie, busy busy gal
Diana I love today's thought

I went too long without eating so I am going to call it a mini fast LOL. Early dinner last night and not much of it then very late lunch today with nothing in between but a cup of coffee. I really should not do that, I tend to get the crankies.

See you all later

Hello all
161.3 this morning
If I lose 4 this month, i’ll Be back in the 150s, closer to my goal weight.

Got caught up on the end of October’s thread. This getting dark earlier is killing my e exercise mojo. I’m on the bike now trying to get that habit going for the upcoming winter months. The closer I get to goal, the more I seem to slow down, so working on the mindset as well.

Diana I always forget DH and my birthdays are close, mine is Friday. 55, that means one year and I’m eligible to retire. Wow... Sounds like you guys had a great time.

Novangel sending good vibes your way.

GrannyNancy great job!

Nancy I get the crankies when I go too long without food, too. Also, too much caffeine, i’m apologizing in advance...

Ciecie you are awesome!!

Hope everyone has a good evening, see you in the morning
