Default Not new to dieting but new here

Anyone doing weight watcher? I'm doing it on my own and need accountability. I am 44 and weigh 304.6 lbs. I need to lose at least 150 lbs. I would like to have someone else to do it with and would like a any advice you have being on weight watchers. Thanks in advance.

- The bridge.
- Leg lifts.
- The superman.
- Seated side bends.
- Yoga

I recommend walking with friends in the fresh air and of a beautiful nature. It is good for your heart rate and for your body and your soul. Your body is not stressed out.
I was a Weight Watcher several years ago. A good way to start healthy eating. Recommend it for seniors!
