My hubby bought it for me. On the 2nd
resistance band, I believe it works.
For toning that is. It might be best for
anyone traveling. When a weight set
isn't handy. It would pack well too.

Hi Desire2be. How long have you had this Wonder Arms? I am interested in it because I love gadgets. I looked on Amazon and they have it with free shipping, so it's a little less than when ordered through the regular website. There were a few reviews that said it broke after the first few times they used it. I ordered one by a different name that was only $16.95. For that price, I will take my chances. I have wasted more money than that on many other things. LOL

Hi Wannabehealthy.

About a month now. I've used it maybe half as much as I should have but when I've used it, in so many repeats, like sets of 20x5.

I've been somewhat sore after. Not to the extreme but enough to know it's enough tension to challenge the arms and chest. Of course it won't replace a weight type wo. It's a nice implement to help keep muscles working. It paved the way for my getting back to my iron WOs after a long time away from it.
As I mentioned, with limited space and, or travel it's probably a nice gadget.
When we've been on the road I wanted my hand weights but they were too heavy to pack. This is lightweight.
It's easy to use when Watching Youtube or tv.

So far it's not broken but I'm not terribly strong either. Maybe they used i as a thighmaster? No idea why they broke. The resistance bands are the part that gives some toning.

I am (today) disappointed however. I just learned I'm already using the heaviest resistance and. 35lb.
It's ok but not as much a challenge. It might be worth lotsa repeats I suppose
