My goal this month is
18 Beachbody workouts. It's the same number as last month. I considered raising it a little, but 18 is one of my lucky numbers so I'm going to keep it.
Last month, I was only using Brazil Butt Lift. I have Beachbody on Demand now, so I'll be mixing it up. I'll keep BBL in the rotation though bc my body responds so well to that program. Plus I enjoy it.
If I do more than one workout in a day, I'll still only count it as one.
