Diana: Thanks for getting us started in July! I did the standard Oxycise Level 3 workout today. It is faster paced than all of the others that I have done with more challenging positions. I think you would like it.

Deb How long is that workout? I still think the Oxycise helps to wake me in the morning. I am so not a morning person. I need all the extra oxygen I can get.

No workout, we are building a new house for all 50 of my chickens. It is huge compared to the one they are in now but oh it will make thing so much easier for me to take care of them.

Hi Everyone!

tubolard Sounds like a lot of work, but I'm sure it's fun and will be rewarding to be able to care for the chickens in a bigger area.

Diana: I haven't timed Oxycise! 3, yet. Oxycise! 2 was 18 minutes; this one seems to move faster. I'll time it tomorrow and let you know.
