I think the events of the week are catching up with me. I feel exhausted.
Today is Cody's birthday, he's 4 years old. I got him a cup cake with candle, decorated cookie, and we already have his ice cream. He just ate his regular breakfast and ate the cookie. Tonight we will do the cup cake and ice cream. Exciting times over here for us. LOL

Diana - Happy Birthday to Cody!!! I love that you have a little party with a cupcake, etc! Party hats?! We celebrate our boy's birthday's too! Sidney is 10 next week - his favorite food is a meatball sub so we will get them one to share!
Laura Great job on the Hiit workout! Cody would love the meatball sub! No party hats for us, LOL, he would probably eat it, since he's a bit hyper. He has improved with age, thought. Last night it rained and he got wet when he went out. He ran laps around the inside of the house for a period of time. We just stayed out of his way, LOL.

This was a great combo. The only thing that could have made it better would be if we had time to sit in the sauna. We didn't though because we were getting hungry.
