I am 28 From across the water
I started at 23.1 Stone
But I am at about 19.5 stone just now.
I am only 5ft6 but I am proportionally measured
which basically means that I am much heavier than I look. At my biggest I was wearing the same size of jeans as my 17stone mum (size 22). I have rather large breasticles, so I think people always thought that the baggy tops were for them and not my tummy
. So while this is all good news, It means that nearly 4 stone down, and only now do people notice
.
Aim is 12stone, So I have a fair whack to go, but I don't follow any "diet" I just eat fresh and bust my butt in the gym. Started running recently
Working up to being able to run a 10 min mile which might take all summer to get to that point, but I really want to be able to do that
