Default Onederland has officially arrived!

I didn't think I was going to make it into Onederland this week. I just wasn't feeling like much had happened to make it possible. I missed my Pilates class and one of my Zumba classes due to a family emergency. I still continued my running 3 days a week and one of my Zumba classes, but I was not pleased about reducing my exercise for the week. I went from a 6 day a week exercise regiment to only 4 and being that we had a family emergency...I wasn't thinking much of my calories.

Well.... Easter came and Sundays are my official weigh in days. I stepped on the scale and what do you know I lost 3 pounds. I am now 197 pounds. Good Riddance to the 200s. I hope to never be there again. Things have calmed down this week and I am back to making sure that my diet and exercise are on point.

I also think that I may need to lower my pant size to a 14 and dang it I am now living in sports bras because I refuse to buy any new clothing until I can't stand it any longer. I desperately need a new bra. I am pushing on. 2 more pounds and I can officially say that I lost 50 pounds. I am excited to see what each new day brings.

Big congratulations on 50 lbs down and Onederland! Good job! You might want to shop Goodwill or a second hand shop until you reach goal. It would make you feel even better to be wearing clothes that fit you rather than being too loose.

Congrats Sissy, your hard work has paid off. Glad to hear you are wearing a smaller size. I hope to see Onderland soon, last time was in 2006.
