Just marking my spot for the new month! I lost 14 lbs in February and am hoping to keep that consistent through the month of March. However, I will be keeping my "long run" goal of 10 lbs a month...so, while I am hoping for more, anything above 10 lbs will just be a happy bonus! AFM, this month I HOPE to see two digits number. I think I will celebrate somehow, just have to figure out how, if I reach that mini-goal of getting back under 100 kgs.
GardenerJoy I've enjoyed participating in your challenges, so I'm looking forward to this March WL challenge. I hit a long term plateau in February, so I didn't reach my February WL goal. I had started strength training, so I think my body was in transition as I tone up. I don't want to be flabby when I reach goal, so I just have to accept that muscle weighs more and press on. The scale started to move again towards the end of Feb, so I'm hoping to log some good numbers this month.

I was originally going to stick with my weight from yesterday to be my start weight for today but it wasn't as bad as I was expecting. My husband and I went out to eat last night so I was expecting a bigger jump. But gaining only 1 lb after having a big meal is not too bad at all!
Put my weight loss goal for the month at 5 lbs. I'm hoping to lose approximately 1 lb a week. I really just want to reach onederland and stay there.

My weigh-in was0 255.4 today...which was a 2.6 lb whoosh down from yesterday! I weighed about an hour and a half later than I usually do, so we'll see how much of the whoosh I will get to keep tomorrow, lol. That's pretty large to feel accurate, but I weighed several times, and it stuck. Maybe I'm getting a pat on the back from the universe for staying consistent, or maybe I'm just extra "empty" right now from weighing late...either way, I'll be happy with it for today!
