Hope everyone is having a great "Fat Tuesday" evening. Sherry and me was just talking this morning about our trip to New Orleans. It was a once in a lifetime trip for sure.
I went to see my Grannymom this afternoon. She seems to be doing pretty good but her mind comes and goes. She says the cutest things sometimes though. I was cleaning her bathroom and she said some people had been coming into her apartment and taking baths and making a mess...LOL. Her birthday is next Tuesday and I gave her a perm today as a present for her. I asked her how old she would be next week and she said she knew she was pretty old "I have lived a long time, I must be close to 80 years old by now". That is so funny because she will be 92 years young March 2nd. Bless her heart!!
Well I decided to give myself a gift for my birthday. I'M TAKING TOMORROW OFF!!
I'm still having a hard time staying OP. Tomorrow is probably hopeless but come Thursday morning it's 100% OP for me!!! I mean it this time too!!!!

Sherry, I'm averaging 2-4 classes per week. I have a set of 5 beginners classes, then the students will move on to a set of intermediate, then advanced. The groups are working at the pace they feel comfortable at. I have some students coming weekly, bi-weekly and monthly. It's keeping me hopping trying to get each class project painted, lesson plans, reviews written etc. Then, when I know I'm on a dead-line, I can't paint for the life of me. Yep, thats when you hear me cuss like a sailor!
Deb, enjoy the day off, you deserve it! I thought of you and Sher tonight when Fat Tuesday was mentioned. Did you guys go last year or the year before? I really would like to go sometime.

Sorry guys!! Patty has taken over my computer and I barely get any time on it. Brutus is about the same. The principal decided that I shouldn't be up at the front because of all the money I count. I'm glad. We just hired a new lady yesterday. She is wonderful! She had both of her legs cut off years ago in an accident involving a drunk driver. I think she is going to be quite an asset to the school! The confidential secretary is trying to get my principal to put me on 12 months. That would be great too for the money, but I doubt she will do it.
I can't post to everyone, just know that I am thinking about all of you and have been busy. I had to go to an IB meeting last night with Becky to discuss her next 2 years at school, and the night before we went over to my parents house because my neice was in from New York. The tusk needs to get to $2500.00 before my dad will even consider selling it, and it doesn't look like it will make it there. The coins aren't doing too well either. Did you see the boobs? The first bid is $19.99 and that is my reserve!! I paid $50.00 in 1998 for them.
