Got in 4 this morning with our usual Starbucks walk. Skipped the rest of the week since Angie got the mutts out each day for 3 miles before heading off to teach summer school.
27--Walked around shopping for a couple hours; walked from the waterfront to Bloor St. (about 4 km); walked to the grocery store and back (25 min)
28--Bike to the gym and back (twice!), about 80 min; 60-min program
29--Bike to work and back, about 40 min; 45-min spin class
30--Bike to work and back, about 40 min; 50-min program; 60-min yoga class
