Default Getting out of the 230's and 220's

Its that time again for a new thread.

Hi everyone, hope you are doing well on your healthier lifestyle journey.

My name is Jacki, Ive struggled with my weight over the years. Just started my healthy journey 2 weeks and 1 day ago. I feel great, and loving every moment. Weighed in yesterday at 231.6, I can't wait to see the 220's. Hope all of you are doing well. Here's to us getting out of here!

Weighed myself today 229.8, while it is nice to see, I know weight fluctuates, just hope I don't see the 230's before my next weigh-in. It feels great. I leave for Walt Disney World tomorrow, and lost 17.8 lbs. I can fit some of my Disney shirts.

Hi everyone! I'm normally just a reader (I have not posted in years). I'm not even sure what my auto signature even says now.

I've been hovering around 230-235 for the past six months. I only am 5'1" and at my lowest I was 120. After having an emergency c section with my sixth child in February of 2014 I haven't been able to take the pregnancy weight off and then something happened to me that made me balloon even higher.

Regardless, I always have loved 3FC and the support! I'm glad to meet you all, if it's okay that I join your thread???

I've been reading for awhile and am happy to find this thread! I'm in my 40's and can no longer use the baby weight excuse! I'm hovering between 230-232 right now. I'm not on a specific diet. I'm just trying to eat high protein/low carb. My biggest hurdle is my sweet tea. I like a little tea with my sugar lol! My goal weight is 175. I'm tall so that's about right. Right now my mini goal is to see 220's. However, I can't wait to see 199!

Hey all! My first post on here this time around. I lost over 60lbs in 2011/12 with the help of 3FC so I'm hoping I can do the same again after a full regain. I had a good couple years maintaining but then travel and then University stress + new boyfriend caused me to pile it all back on (oh the excuses!) I started at 245lbs last week and the innitial drop has been kind to me so am now at 237.8lbs. Am SO looking forward to dropping the weight and getting back in shape. Goodluck to everyone here. Here's to 220's and beyond!

Hello!

I just weighed in at 239.6 today, so I'm very excited to join you guys. I was lonely posting in the 240s thread, since I was the only active member, lol. My goal is to be in the 220's by the end of March, which is completely realistic if I continue sticking to my plan.

How is everyone doing?

I realized today that I have been in this "weight class" for 3 months now (other than some fluctuations UP). I have been mostly faithful to my plan, but not 100%. So...
I'm challenging myself to get outta this thread before May. That is 8 weeks and even with my snail like metabolism, completely possible if I want it. AND I DO!

Who is with me? Let's do this!

12/11/15: 239.6
01/28/16: 229.8
03/06/16: 227.0
04/01/16: 221.4

Hi all! I have been at 3FC for awhile now. I had lost about 25lbs, then I got lazy over the holidays. My hubby and I are determined to lose the weight! I hope I'm not here too long so that I can join everyone when we hit the 210's. Now that sounds like a good time!

I'm down to 234.8 -- but my losing is slowing down quite a bit. I think I'll be in this thread for a while. How is everyone else doing?

Hi Angie! I think you are doing fantastic! 5 pounds in a couple of weeks is an awesome loss!

I've been good! After some crazy fluctuations, I am finally making progress. The perils of weighing daily I suppose. I ate really really low calorie yesterday due to eating lunch late so I'm going to wait to post numbers until I see if it sticks. I guess this is a form of calorie cycling so I might have to try it on purpose when things stall.

I have been taking the weight loss 10lbs at a time, I finally got under 240 then under 230, I've been back and forth between 225 and 228, I cringe every time it's 228 because I don't want to get back to 230! My goal was 220 or less by end of March but due to health issues I may not be able to get there, need to lose 6.8lbs in a week and a day and I don't think that will happen.

I've been in the 20's all month and have been 224.2-225 for the last week. I feel the same way about getting too close to the 30's again. It took me so long to get outta there. Hopefully we can both move out in April!

This has been a rough week, just can't get on track, I started the week with good intentions but my dinners just aren't appealing and then I snack on what everyone else is having. Exercise hasn't happened due to my RA and it flaring up some but I'm determined to get back on track on Monday. I can't fall back into the same old rut and just give up, I've done it too many times and I can't let myself do it again. Hope everyone has a great weekend and Happy Easter!
