Default Mission Accomplished 85lbs 12 months
Good Morning all!!!
Well I sit here today a changed man. I have worked really hard the last 12 months losing weight and feeling great both physically and mentally. I did it by doing medifast. It was the program I feel works for me.
I am looking forward to the next phase of putting in time at the gym and transforming the thinner me into an inshape me.
I decided to share my story on Shapefit.com as I have been to that website daily to read the weight loss stories and have found them inspirational. I also came here on a regular basis the last 12 months to read goals and revive the medifast page with no success lol. Anyways I just thought I would share
