Here we go again. This is special month for me as it is my 1 year anniversary to taking this journey extremely seriously. I joined 3FC in April 2015 and it has helped me so much keep fighting for what I want. Just a quick thank you to the community

This month I'm aiming for -3 lbs from my lowest. I'm hoping to see lots of 4s and not so many 5s on the scale.

4/09: 153.6 This is the most frustrating week. I wonder if stress is why I'm stuck even though I'm not overeating.

An overall -0.2 lb loss this month and an utter FAIL. I guess the April fool was me.

I don't eat enough poorly enough to have such lousy results. This is January all over again. Upon reviewing what I ate when I was losing in March, I kept seeing sweet potatoes, chicken thighs, and mug cake with bean flour instead of coconut flour. Everything else I'm eating is generally the same. Calories were above the target some of those loss days too, so I think I'm done with the calorie counting thing. I'm going to make a meal plan based on my best days in March in hopes that it will get me out of weight gain/maintenance mode.

Kiwi, I know that feeling. I've put on almost 8 lbs since the first due to crappy eating habits (too much fast food, pizza and beer). To top it off, I go to the hospital on Thursday thru Saturday because our almost 3 year old is having surgery and someone has to stay with him while he's there.

Mama Angel, sorry to hear about your boy. Hope the surgery goes smooth!
I have gone from overweight to obese after I have had my girls. Not the pregnancy as such, because I kept being sick all the way through, but breastfeeding twins, never ever sleeping enough (EVER), and the exhaustion of it makes me eat way too much sweets. Plus thhe less I sleep, the more I eat in general. Not a good pattern when you have 5 kids under 5 and need to lose weight!

Sorry to hear about the medical problems. Yeah, I keep saying, today is just a day and focus tomorrow. This is a much better outlook than I used to have inthe past which was, "well I already effed up....might as well go out with a bang and eat french fries...." lol. Im glad I am more focused. I take a updated picture soon so hopefully that keeps me focused on the health and not so much on the numbers

This is amazing to see!! Thank you all for posting... I'm going to join in late. But I am SO relieved to see how others have gained some and lost some in the same week/month. I was starting to get frustrated, but am starting to see that this is very normal. So thank you!!
