Are you allowed to have light cream cheese or FF cream cheese on SBD?

Thanks, Ellis, I was just looking for this - the Phase I list says "Cream Cheese Substitute," and I was having trouble figuring that one out!

Aimee, my Good Carb, Good Fat Guide says fat-free and light cream cheese are OK so enjoy!
