Happy to post in this thread - back when I had my old account and went from ~170 lbs to the 130s I was still a "20-something" but now I have officially joined the 30s

8/05: 134.7 (I really ought to exercise at some point this week...)

8/09: 134.3 (decided to have a cheat meal the day before with pad thai and a coconut tart)
8/10: 134.7 (*sigh*)

8/17: 131.0 (trying not to be negative, but I wouldn't be surprised if my weight starting gong up again so close to goal)
8/18: 131.4 (I knew it!!)

8/20: 130.1 (not calling goal until I'm at =<130 for three days straight)
8/21: 129.4 (now that I think about it, I really can't call goal until the end of the month anyway)

8/23: 131.4 (treat meal yesterday of pad thai and several of my daughter's strawberry rice crackers after a hard week at work)
8/24: 123.7 (THE MOTHER OF ALL WHOOSHES)
8/25: 123.0 (FYI - the day before yesterday I had tom kha and beef soup from the local Thai restaurant. I think the beef soup was salty enough from fish sauce to pull the water out of me)
8/26: --- (No weigh-in. Spent most of yesterday and the day before drinking salted water and eating avocado sandwiches because the big whoosh screwed up my electrolytes. Not a fun feeling! I got all twitchy and cramp-y and felt like the loss wasn't worth it)
8/27: 122.6 (thought weight would be up because of all the bread and water I had the other day)
8/28: --- (had takeout pho for dinner and fully expecting water weight gain tomorrow)
8/29: 126.5 (Yup. Time to end my "treat day" reign of terror and be diligent about electrolytes moving forward)
8/30: 125.9 (full disclosure: I went nuts with the avocado sandwiches again last night though I attribute the loss to the water weight easing up a bit)
8/31: 127.2 (Okay, okay. I had another cheat day. My five day reign of terror ends with me below goal weight but teetering too far into undisciplined territory.)
August loss: - 8 lbs flat
