Default Optifast, anyone?
I am on day 6 of Optifast 800, and would LOVE to have others in Optifast (or any diet) to comment. I have to say the past weekend was terrible.. so much tempation, and although I stuck to it, I was not happy about it LOL.. But that scale tomorrow will be my reward.. my first weigh in. It is an 8 week program of just Optifast, follwed by at least 12 weeks to get us "re-booted" to eat more healthy. If anyone else is out there, please let me know!!

Hey addisjo1,

Today was my first week weigh-in on optimist 800. The past week was very hard but worth it. I was down 7.6 pounds. Good luck with the weigh-in.

Great!! We are about the same and I am glad to hear from you!! I was down 8 pounds, so was happy with that!! I am sticking with the program, but let me tell you, the first weekend was HARD!! I made it through, but am really hoping I don't have to fight so hard next weekend!

I'm sticking to it. I have a small side salad every once in a while if I go out but other than that its been all optifast. Today marks two weeks and a total of 10 lbs. gone.

Way to go sss416!

I got my shakes and bars yesterday. I am doing detoxing now I will start Optifast tomorrow. Can not wait to see result...daily 800 is very low to me. I am doing some biking which would consume 200 cal daily. That makes it 600 cal daily. I am not sure if I will be able to hold that long.

Hi I am so glad to find this site/forum!
I am starting Optifast in a few weeks. I did my intake last week, 1st appointment was in April. I am so ready to dive in. It's encouraging to read about so many successes on here. Anyone/everyone pretty much I've told that I'm doing this, which hasn't been many, is so negative. The first word us crazy, are you crazy. I live with my bf and he is completely supportive, so that means everything.
