Default Here I am!

hello! this forum has been recommended to me by my friend. this is the first time i'm going to make some kind of journal about my weight loss.
I have been always owerweight and tried to lose the weight. so far my biggest successes were:

2008: I started at 124 kg (273 lbs) in June and went down to 90 kg (198 lbs) in December. The next years were really harsh for me and i gained weight again.
2013: I started at 139 kg (306 lbs) in January and went down to 79 kg (174 lbs) in January 2014.

My biggest problem is binge eating combined with my mental health (severe anxiety). But i decided to start again and hope, this time i'm going to be succesful. My dream is to have 64 kg (141 lbs) to be in healthy range of BMI.

My starting weight on May 1 was 110.1 kg (243 lbs).

Welcome and good luck!!! Hopefully this site helps you stick to it, there are a lot of people here doing the same things so plenty of support, sympathy and understanding. And those big successes are amazing! I have no doubt that you can make your goal.

Good luck! There is plenty of support here, especially in Dieting With Obstacles.

It's a challenging fact that although mental health can be a big barrier to getting weight under control, actually cracking it and eating right can be such a boost to mental health.... they benefit one another. Eventually. It's tough going. It's just a hurdle that has to be leapt... often repeatedly, in most of our cases.

Your previous losses are awesome.... you can definitely do it again.
