We do all types of workouts in this check-in. We are not limited to Turbo Fire. Please join in, if you are looking for a place to log your workouts and to be accountable with your fitness goals.
No real workout to report. I left the house late today since I had quite a bit to do around here. After grocery shopping, I was heading to the shop to do my workout. DH was at the farm. He called and asked how long before dinner would be ready because he was starving. I decided to go home to start dinner. I got everything pretty much done and was waiting for DH. I decided to do a walk from OnDemand. I got about 10 minutes into it and DH drove up, so I had to stop so we could eat. After dinner I ran around outside with Cody. I kicked the basketball and chased him around. I did get my heart rate up. We played outside for about 20 minutes. So I got about 30 minutes of activity in today.
I promised to update you on my progress with the vegetarian Atkins plan and DailyBurn. This past week I lost 3.6 pounds and 2 percentage points of body fat. That calculates to mean that of the 3.6 pounds of weight lost, 2.6 pounds was actual fat loss. With everything else that I tried, body fat percentage would increase as I lost the weight, which meant that I was actually losing more lean tissue and water than fat. I am now 184.3 pounds. Hopefully, by the end of this week I will be below my pre-holiday weight and the ticker in my signature will start moving again.

Teacher I hope you and your furkids are doing well. We had to take Cody to the Vet last week. We are thinking he has kennel cough. He's on antibiotics. Hopefully that's all it is.
