Default 25 by Summer 2015 IP challenge

This challenge is only for active 3fc participants on the Ideal Protein plan.

The Ideal Protein 25 by Summer is up!

This one runs until the first day of summer: Sunday, June 21, 2015.

Some of us want to drop a few lbs, some of us are remaining steadfast on or beginning our initial P1 journey, and others are rebooting. Whatever the reason, we can do it together! We can be 25 lbs lighter (or more) by the first day of spring!

Let's get going (or keep it going)!

Here are the rules. It helps to know how spreadsheets work.

Please read all of the following:

Click the link to request access. Access is NOT automated so be patient. You only need to request access to this challenge once. (Note: Googledocs made some changes that don't work well with mobile devices. you may need to access from your laptop).

I'll send you an email asking for your 3fc screen name. After you reply to that email with the requested information, you will be granted access and notified by email (not right away...I have to do it manually from my laptop, it doesn't work from my mobile devices. Please only send ONE request. Sending multiple requests only fills up my email box. It doesn't get you approved faster).

I keep track of everyone on the list so when data disturbances happen, I know who to talk to or delete. During a previous challenge, someone kept changing/reformatting things & didn't respond to my requests to stop so I deleted them from the challenge. These challenges used to be "open" but trolls messed up the sheets too often so we had to "close".

Be ready with your starting weight. No waiting for "next" WI. Just plug in your current weight.

When granted access, put your 3fcscreen name on the next available row. (just click the first blank box in column A)
Then tab over to complete columns B, C.
Please don't add data to columns D,E,F,G (they're in color). They auto-calculate as you add info (if they don't work, I'll notice. No need to contact me.)

Only type in the white spaces. Any columns that are highlighted with color will auto calculate. If your auto calculate doesn't work, just leave it be. I'll fix it. If you try to fill in missing numbers, I won't know the auto calculate isn't working.

Current weight goes in the "starting weight" column. Use your current WI.
If you joined late, just enter zeros in the WI columns that you missed.

Please only request access if you actually plan on participating. A LOT of people requested access before and never participated. No lurking! Only active participants!

The challenge is a spreadsheet. You'll need to know how to enter data into a spreadsheet (or have someone who can help you). Don't forget to bookmark so you can find the spreadsheet again!

Let's do this!!!

If you already sent a request pleeeeaaaassssee be patient!!!
Double requests (I've gotten several) just clutter my inbox.
More than 2 might slow me down (just sayin' )

Lisa,
I got a message that my email to you did not go through when I requested access, so I tried again and got the same message. Hope that is not what's cluttering up your in box.

Yes, yes, yes! So excited to participate in one of these--I came in too late for the last one. Thank you, Lisa!

Briael and One, we are so close on our starting weights...and our ending weights aren't that different either. Wouldn't it be great if we all reach goal together during the Summer challenge!?!!!

So ready to hit goal. I am motivated!!

So did I. I gave up and sent Lisa a PM to confirm my screen name.

Yippee! I've been looking forward to this Man, -25 would put me down to my lowest since my one successful WW attempt (that I only saw for like 10 days)

Edit: For the metric folk, it works out to about 1kg per week.

Default I'm

Thank you for adding me! I'm on a reboot. I lost about 45 pound last year and phased off correctly. I've started some if my old "bad" habits and I'm up about 15 pounds from my lowest weight. It's time to clean it up and get ready for summer. I tried a reboot a few weeks ago, but failed 😞. I'm hoping I will be able to do it this time! I would appreciate any support/advise about how you came back to the diet and stuck to it!
TGIF!
