Hi : ) I'll be posting my calories, exercise & water intake each day. I do have a calorie counting app on my phone but feel like this will keep me accountable. Comments welcome.

Water intake: 2+ liters
Exercise: 11k + steps & brief run.
Weight: 147.4
I know that it isn't that much, but for my 5'3 frame it really is more than I'm comfortable with. I'm hoping to get down to my goal over time and I feel like this site will really motivate me!
