Tomorrow is my weigh in after wk 3! I don't feel nearly as confident as my TOM came a week early and I have had a ridiculous headache since Friday. I don't normally have them around my TOM so I'm wondering what is going on with that! Also, I have been more hungry in wk 3 than I was in 1 or 2. Is that normal?

Hello and thanks for the warm welcome @IdealProteinNewbie

Today marks day 3 and it feels great to be back in the game. Keeps me honest.

Congrats for all of your success - your stats are incredible; GO YOU!!!!

@BStr13 - TOM may not factor in so much even though you feel bloated.. You may be surprised. Just go in with head-up and know that the next time you weigh-in, you will be even more excited. As for being more hungry in wk 3, I can't remember what happened my first time go 'round but will pay special attention this time. Be sure you're drinking plenty of H2O.

Best wishes to all for a super duper IP day!

-karen

Good morning all,
I just hard the IP maple oatmeal for breakfast, it was wonderful , if you have not tried it.

I am off for my tennis lesson. I can not believe that a year ago I would not have thought it possible with my extra weight. I started tennis lessons last summer. I never played before but I getting better and hope to be able to play a real game outside this spring. I do not have a lot of athletic ability in fact I am lucky if I can walk and chew gum. But i am enjoying this.

My new mantra is put more joy in my life.

Have a great day and put some enjoyment into your life.

WB KareVT! I think I remember you from when we started last year. I'm back doing a reboot to lose these extra lbs I put on while training for a 10k run. We can do this!

Good morning everyone,

Not so fat anymore, I too like the maple oatmeal. The non restricted has a bit of a different texture than the restricted, but I've gotten used to it, and enjoy it. I do find I have to let it sit to soften up a bit longer than the directions though.

I'm like you, not really athletic, but I enjoy playing in an indoor soccer league, this is my 7th season, and while I've improved a bit, I'm still not very good. But I do enjoy it to much to care.

Welcome back KareVT and happy losing

BStr13, I think it's a bit different for everyone. I found in week 3 I was hungry by the end of the work day so I start supper sooner, but it's not too bad. I agree with making sure to drink lots of water and remember your "free" veggies if you need them.

My weekly WI shows a loss of 2lbs, which makes me happy because it's TOM and I wasn't sure how it would reflect.

Happy Monday!!

I am thisclose to my halfway mark. EEEK! I will definitely hit it by next WI. I feel accomplished! LOL.

I was starting to doubt that I could be in ONEderland by the end of the year but it is still possible. No big deal if I'm not but it would be nice if I was.

Karen: welcome back!

NSFA: I love the oatmeals...the maple and apple cinnamon! Especially as the winter months are coming up.

Question for those that have switched to the diabetic plan from regular IP...I did the diabetic protocol the past two days in hopes of coming out of a loss rut/stall. I gained 4 lbs. Has anyone experienced this? Thinking of going back to the regular protocol today.

Looking forward to WI tomorrow evening. I've had to update my goals since I seem to be surpassing them quicker than expected (I'm not complaining though). I am scared to hit a plateau soon (that is what happened last time I hit -25 lbs range). My husband has FINALLY noticed I look different, which was nice this weekend. I should hit Onderland by Christmas (hopefully)!!!

Great job nat1015!!!
